If you are considering ordering a custom Adamovic bass, the best place for you to start is the Basses page. We offer two lines of instruments: the Concept series and the Custom series. On the “Basses” page, you can browse through the different models we offer and look at the photos for inspiration. To get an idea of the options for each Custom model, you can view the price lists on the relevant pages. On each Concept bass page, you will find a “Build Me” button, which you can click to construct your own Concept bass.

Placing an order

If you are ready to place an order, you can either send us an e-mail or fill out the “Build Me” form for a Concept bass. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the options and possibilities. We will be happy to guide you through the option list and give you a cost estimate. No two players are the same, and each custom-tailored instrument is unique. We will assist you through every step of the design process – from choosing the woods, construction options, pickups and electronics to deciding on the smaller details, like inlays and the material used for the knobs.

Once we have designed an instrument to suit your needs, you will receive an e-mail listing the specifications for your final approval. You will also be asked to pay a minimum non-refundable deposit of 30%. Once we have received your deposit, your bass will be given the first available slot in the production schedule.

Building your bass

Your deposit will secure you the first available slot in the production schedule. When exactly we start building your bass will depend on the schedule at that time. The building process takes approximately four months from start to completion. For information on the current production schedule, please send us an e-mail.

Being involved from the start of the process – from selection of the woods and components through to application of the oil finish – is one of the unique benefits you enjoy when you order custom-built instrument.

The balance and shipping fee are due on completion of your order. You will receive photos of your bass in advance, taken from several angles. We will ship the bass in a high-quality hardshell case, along with a certificate of authenticity and warranty.

When your bass is delivered, there will be no surprises – only a high-quality instrument built to your specifications that will exceed all your expectations!
