You will be contacted a.s.a.p. and we can discuss what the best way is to treat the problem. Some of the options you have are: You can ship the bass to us, you can go to the dealer you purchased the bass from, we can try to help find a certified repair person in your neighborhood or we can talk you through to solve the problem.
